UNSW exam is definitely time killer. I had finished 3 papers and 3 more to go. Really can't wait. On 26/1, I had my computing practical. It was ok. Luckily I managed to finished on time. Thank god. I saw my friend still struggling at the last 5 minutes. 27/1 had my economics paper. That was bad. I had not enough time to finished the mcq questions. Can you imagined that you had to write 7essays and 20 mcq in 1.5hours. Definitely a killer paper. 28/1 had my academic english paper. As usual, had to rush. 1hour 20 minutes- 1 essay and 39 mcq.For my opinion, English was ok.We were so lucky that the essay studying overseas came out. Just like we did for kdu semester 2 exam. 3 more days and 3 more papers to go. Maths, computing theory and legal studies. Good Luck to all my friends.

Help me! I’m having a big stress right now. 20 more days is my external exam. To be honest, I’m not prepared. It is just too soon. Econs and legal studies just half way through and I don’t think I can remember what I had studied. Our lecturers are pressuring us. They said that the seniors did very well. A science student got GPA 9.8 while a commerce student got GPA 9.6. Wow I envy them. I just hope that I can meet the university requirement. I don’t expect to be the best. It can be said that I always get the lowest marks among the 4 jpa commerce student.
Next week is PTM, parents, teachers meeting. The funniest joke is that when my parents received the letter, the got a shock! Ptm at 9pm- 12pm? Night party, I guess. Not only that 15 Jan supposes to be on Saturday but the letter wrote Friday. What a big mistake! Kdu College is totally not efficient. Anyway my parents are not going. So have to sit and wait for postman.

Hmm...Not thrill at all.Yesterday morning I arrived at KDU Hall. Felt very sad. Going back to college is like getting ready for a big war. I really could not believe that my UNSW external semester 1 exam is approching real soon. Three weeks more and still counting. Have to study extermely hard. Competition is great here among the jpa scholars.Woke up at 7.00am. I did not sleep well last night. Must had miss my home bed, I guess.Went to college and was told that there will be no classes today. What a waste. Got our new timetable. I liked it. Not so hectic like last time. The best day is monday-class only starts at 1pm. Saw our IELTS lecturer and received my results.Like it but hate it too.

Recipe For a Happy New Year
Take 12 fine, full-grown months; see that these are thoroughly cleansed from old memories of bitterness, rancor, hate and jealousy.
Cut these months into 30 or 31 equal parts. (This batch will keep for one year. Do not attempt to make more than one batch at a time-many people spoil the entire lot in this way)
Prepare one day at a time as follows: Into each day, put 12 parts of faith, 11 of patience, 10 of courage, 9 of work ( some people omit this ingredient and spoil the flavour of the rest), 8 of hope, 7 of fidelity, 6 of open-mindeness, 5 of kindness, 4 of rest (leaving this out is like leaving the oil out of the salad-don't do it), 3 of prayer, 2 of meditation, 1 of well-selected resolution.
If you have no conscientious scruples, add a teaspoonful of good spirits, a dash of fun, a pinch of folly, a sprinkling of play and a heaping cupful of good humor.
Pour love liberally into the whole, and mix with vim. Cook thoroughly in a fervent heat. Garnish a few smiles and a sprig of joy; then serve with quietness, unselfishness, and cheerfulness- and a Happy New Year is a certainty.

Wow! A whole wonderful year has come to an end. I really could not even believe. One moment, I was sitting for my SPM and the next moment I was in college. Boy,time really files. I still remembered that I thought form 6 was my life but later i got the jpa scholarship and had the chance to study at Australia. Any resolutions for the year 2005? Of course yes! I wish to get good results for my external semester 1 exam in jannuary and semester 2 in may. Hope to get a place in UNSW or University of Melbourne too. Let's us pray and hope that year 2005 will bring peace, joy and hope. Happy New Year 2005!
Hold the new year in your hands and lets look ahead for what's to come.Sing the auld lang syne, an old Scotch tune, "Auld Lang Syne" literally means "old long ago," or simply, "the good old days." to usher the new year.
Auld Lang Syne
Should auld acquaintance be forgot
and never brought to mind?
Should auld acquaintance be forgot
and days of auld lang syne?
For auld lang syne, my dear,
for auld lang syne,
we'll take a cup of kindness yet,
for auld lang syne.
Should auld acquaintance be forgot
and never brought to mind?
Should auld acquaintance be forgot
and days of auld lang syne?
And here's a hand, my trusty friend
And gie's a hand o' thine
We'll tak' a cup o' kindness yet
For auld lang syne

Yesterday I hang out with my ex-classmates- Huey Jiin, Siew Sian, Yun Ann, Adelin and Swee Fung. It was such a long time since I last saw them. Everyone seemed to change including me. I was really excited to meet my very best friend again. I still remembered the last day Huey Jiin in school before she left for US. It was full with emotion. Since then, I had lost my very best friend. We had lunch at kenny roger. Boy, we laughed, talked and had so much time together. It was so nice of Huey Jiin. She gave everyone presents- chocolates from US and even paid the for the lunch. However I got something extra special from her. A reindeer teddy bear and a spongebob squarepants candy. Thanks Huey jiin! I liked it very much. Next we went to wonderland. We played photo hunting but too bad, did not manage to break the high score. We played racing car too. I was the winner. Had to admit that I was good at this game.hehe....Later we took pictures together. I will definitely show you guys the pictures. Although it was a short day, I definitely treasured all the moment we spend together. All the best to my friends.See Ya.
A Little Note
Dear Huey Jiin,
Good Luck and all the best. Take good care
Friends Forever!
Your sincerely,
Shir
