Life is not a bed of roses

Life had been really busy for me. I could not even find some spare time for myself.

Last Sunday, I helped out in the University of Melbourne Open Day as a student guide. The job was pretty ok but tiring. I had to stand from 9am-4pm and at the end of the day, came back home with aching legs. >.<

Monday was ICSS Election day. Sad to say that I did not get the treasurer post. Lost by one vote. But anyway it was ok coz I got another post instead, the editor. Hehe…sounded cool right. Thanks to my friends: Aaron, Zi Hao, Ash and Jo. Without them I would not even be in the ICSS committee. I guess apart from my boyfriend, university and work, I got another commitment now.

Tuesday was working day while Wednesday and Thursday, I helped out with ICSS promoting their ball and selling tickets. Apart from all those activities, I got myself hooked on Ebay. Boy, that’s bad! Bidding and buying stuffs especially handbags!! Managed to win a bid and my new handbag is coming. Yeah! I am definitely a huge fan of bags =) Ermm..I wondered how many bags I got now so far = P

This weekend is going to be dreadful. I got 2 mid-semester exams coming up next week. Managing Financial Instituation (MFI) and Quantitative Methods 2. I’m so going to be dead!! Haven’t started a single thing yet. MFI was really tough. It’s diifferent from Business Finance and Finance 1. Most All of the time in lectures I will be ????????? Kind of regret taking this subject as my elective. I guess nasi sudah menjadi bubur. So have to study super duper hard. I don’t know that I can do it coz Shirli is a very lazy girl.

This whole week had been bad really bad! Feeling very moody and sad. I guess it was typical to say that I’m PMS-ing. Got no motivation to study, do tutorials and constantly feeling very moody and down. Plus I got no mood to blog too. My blog had been abandoned for quite a few days. Sigh… I even had this big pimple smacked right at the bottom of my chin. True blue signs of pms.

To make matter worse, I stupidly volunteered myself to run for the treasurer post in ICSS even though, I knew that my probability of winning is 0.0000000………..1.There are so many people with strong base supporters running for that post. I definitely am going to make a fool of myself on this Monday election. So silly of me to compete with them. I guess my brain is pmsing too >.<

Are you a great chocolate fan? Of course I am! I’m definitely a no 1 choc lover. Haha…I can have chocolates as my breakfast, lunch and dinner. Yes I know it’s very fattening but it is such a waste to say NO to good food! So do you share the same passion as me? Let me tell you

I lost my purse yesterday in Victoria Market.
It was hard to except the reality that my purse was gone.
Sad to say that it was my new 1.5 months old Roxy purse.
The last time I saw it was on the tram and next I realized that my backpack front pouch was opened and my purse was gone.
I lost my Malaysian ID, Student ID, Nab & Comm ATM cards, $60+, new 10x2 tram ticket, my baby, family and darling pictures and some other minor cards.
We went to search the whole Vic Market but in vain.
I panicked and was really upset.
Thanks darling for being there with me.
Life is always like that. When you are feeling on top of the world, bad things hit you straight on your face.
I hope that I will be able to see my purse again.
I’m now card less and penniless!

It had been 10 months, Aaron and I together =) Yesterday darling surprised me with flowers when I came home after my lectures. So sweet of him Thanks darling. I love it so much

Later at night, we had our celebration at Crystal Jade Restaurant in Chinatown. Yum, Yum! The food was really good but too bad I forgot to take some pictures. After that, we went to Chill On, Melbourne first ice bar. Seriously frigid fun! The entrance fee was a bit pricy, $ 30 for 25 minutes in the bar. The ambiance was splendid: drinking ice shot from ice cup , sitting on ice sofa and ice bar chairs, the bars counter and walls were also ice, cute ice sculptures and dancing in a chilly environment. How cool is that!

After chilling at Ice Bar, Darling and I went to Crown Casino. We went to the amusement park and played the tikam machine. Hehe… darling tried so hard to get the teddy bears in the machine just for me. I really appreciated it. At last, darling succeeded after spending 12 bucks! Yeah!!!! He got me Brad Simpson teddy bear. I was so happy.
